1. Install the EasyDrop app from the iOS App Store, and create an account
2. Install the Desktop app(s) from https://easydrop.io/, and login
3. Use the share sheet to send files, text and links straight to your different devices. Or browse photos & files in the app.

Fix: Incoming drops are now always available immediately when a notification is received
Fix: Shortcuts are now resilient to device names changing. This does require you to re-set the name in any existing shortcuts, sorry.
Fix: app was occasionally not deleting files from temporary storage
